When connected to harmonic filter reactors, your capacitor bank's terminal voltage will increase. It will lead to failure or breakdown.

To ensure reliability, it is necessary to pair your reactors with over-rated capacitors. For example, use 480V or 525V capacitors for a standard 400V/415V system.

By building the windings and core into a solid, moisture-proof structure, the VPI process can prevent insulation breakdown

At the same time, it can significantly reduce noise, making your reactors perfect for sensitive industrial environments, like data centers and hospitals. 

To ensure you an effective thermal management, you are better off keeping a minimum clearance of 30 mm between units.

Furthermore, always put your reactors at the top of the enclosure. It will greatly prevent heat rising from affecting your capacitors.
