Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI)
Insulation treatment is a critical part of manufacturing dry-type electrical equipment. LTECPower has in-house vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) capability as part of its production process.
This process is used to impregnate suitable winding insulation systems with insulating varnish under controlled vacuum and pressure conditions, according to the product design and manufacturing procedure.
- In-house VPI processing capability
- Integrated with winding and assembly operations
- Designed for applicable insulation systems
Tested for Performance Built for Reliability
Electrical testing helps verify that manufactured equipment meets the applicable project requirements before delivery. LTECPower has in-house dielectric withstand and temperature rise testing capabilities.

Dielectric Withstand Testing
Testing the insulation withstand capability using the applicable test method and voltage level for the equipment under examination.

Temperature Rise Testing
Evaluating thermal behavior under defined test conditions to help verify performance against the relevant design requirements.
